Important Dates and Deadlines for 2025-2026 Admissions Process

October- January: School tours available for applicants for the upcoming school year. School tours are offered on Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. To schedule a school tour, please click here.

December: Priority Kindergarten applications are due by Friday, December 6, 2024.
​
January: Incoming Kindergarteners will be assessed (invitation only). Grades 1-8 Priority Applications are due by January 31, 2025.
​
February: Priority registration period for students entering grades 1-8. Incoming Kindergarteners will be assessed (invitation only).
​
March: Registration period for students entering grades 1-8. 
​

Kindergarten Dates

  • November 5, 2024- Currently Enrolled Family Applications Due

  • December 6, 2024- Priority Application Deadline. â€‹

  • January 27, 2025- Kindergarten Screening Day. (by invitation only)

  • January 31, 2025Acceptance Emails sent by 4 p.m.

Your Enrollment Decision/Registration

  • Kindergarten decisions are due 1 week after acceptance offered, on January 31, 2025.

  • August 2025- New Family Welcome Event, hosted by the PTG. Date to be announced. 

  • August 2025- The Academic Year Begins! Date to be announced.

1-8 Grade Dates

  • November 19, 2024- Currently Enrolled Family Applications Due.

  • November 2024-March, 2025- Shadow Dates, Blazer For Day, click here, for more information.

  • January 31, 2025- Priority Application Deadline. 

  • February 28, 2025-Acceptance Emails sent by 4 p.m. 

Your Enrollment Decision/Registration
