Tuition and Affordability

Investing in your child's future.

As you move through the admissions process, Good Shepherd families have found great value in our unique approach to education—one that nurtures a supportive and uplifting environment, fosters a sense of joy, wonder, and curiosity, and prepares students to grow into thoughtful, confident leaders of tomorrow.

At Good Shepherd School, we are committed to welcoming talented, motivated, and socially responsible students from all backgrounds—regardless of financial circumstances, cultural heritage, or religious affiliation. To support this mission, we offer flexible tuition options, and a limited amount of need-based financial assistance is available (for qualifying families who reapply each year). These resources help make a Good Shepherd education accessible to those who are dedicated to being part of our school community.

Our tuition options include annual rates and monthly payment plans. The participating tuition rate is based on a family's commitment to service hours and fundraising. Additionally, we offer discounts for families with multiple children enrolled at Good Shepherd School.

The BASIC Fund encourages families living in Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo Counties to apply if they meet the qualifications. Each family must meet the financial need guidelines, which vary according to household income and family size. The scholarships may be used at the private school of each family's choice. Basic Fund Information and Family Application are available at www.basicfund.org

GOOD SHEPHERD SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP is given on a limited basis based on the amount of Scholarship money received.  Funds received are from donations, grants, and our Scholarship Bake Sales.  GSS Scholarships are primarily for families who did not receive financial aid from other sources.  All Families must apply through TADS ( www.mytads.com) to be eligible for Good Shepherd School Financial Aid. Late applicants through TADS will be evaluated only after all on-time applicants have been considered.
