We welcome all applicants without regard to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ethnic background.
The application process has three steps:
1) TOUR: (Wednesdays at 9am or by appointment for alternative times/days). This can be scheduled before or after the application has been submitted.
2) APPLICATION (no fee, attached here) -- please email to Office Manager Michele Huerta at [email protected] or drop off in the school office.
3) ASSESSMENT: This is a 1:1 assessment of the student's basic academic skills, made by appointment typically after school dismissal at 3pm. For applicants in grades 1-8, students are invited to campus as a "Blazer for a Day" (beginning Feb. 2024). Applicants will spend the day with their future classmates and will be assessed by the classroom teacher during the course of the regular school day.
After the three steps of the admissions process are complete, the school offers the family a formal "Invitation to Register" letter. This indicates that the family is welcome to register at any time, pending availability in the grade requested. The traditional registration period for all school families is March of the previous academic year.
